What you will do

• Analyze borrower credit, employment, income, and assets for underwriting submission.
• Assemble complete loan packages and verify all required documentation.
• Ensure compliance with mortgage regulations including RESPA, TIL, HMDA, and Reg B.
• Coordinate with customers, loan officers, and third-party vendors for property surveys and title commitments.
• Manage loan pipeline and provide accurate documentation and reports within turn-around times.
• Train and assist in the supervision of new processing personnel.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of residential mortgage processing experience.
• Proficiency with Encompass software.
• Strong knowledge of RESPA, Regulation Z, and Regulation B.
• Experience with DU and LP systems.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Montvale, NJ office
