What you will do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned medical clinics and healthcare partners.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clinic leadership, physicians, and administrative staff.
  • Deliver educational sessions on product formulations, dosing, and therapeutic positioning.
  • Drive patient acquisition and retention through targeted outreach and support programs.
  • Gather market intelligence on prescriber sentiment, competitive activity, and patient trends.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and community initiatives.

Requirements

  • Fluency in French is required.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in field sales, healthcare, or pharmaceutical sales.
  • Valid driver’s license is required.
  • Demonstrated success in building relationships within clinical or regulated environments.
  • Experience with CRM platforms and territory management.
  • Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or Healthcare Administration.
  • Knowledge of the medical cannabis industry and regulatory environment.
  • Experience in patient education or therapeutic product positioning.
