MarTech Implementation Senior Architect (Adobe Analytics): Leading the implementation and configuration of digital analytics systems across web and mobile platforms with an accent on data collection strategy, tag management, and cross-platform data architecture. Focus on ensuring data integrity, optimizing user experiences for global hospitality brands, and driving data-driven decision-making across the digital ecosystem.

Location: Must be based in the United States (Remote or Las Vegas). Travel for quarterly planning sessions is expected.

What you will do

  • Lead the implementation and configuration of Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target across web and mobile applications.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and development teams to translate business goals into actionable tracking requirements.
  • Design and implement custom tags, variables, and events using Adobe Tags and Adobe Experience Platform.
  • Develop and maintain a robust data architecture to ensure consistency across headless codebases.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve data collection or reporting issues across all digital touchpoints.
  • Lead strategies for data adoption within internal database teams and CDP integrations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in digital marketing, ecommerce, or data-centered roles.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing digital analytics solutions.
  • Strong ability to gather requirements and work effectively with product teams.
  • Excellent communication skills for translating complex analytics concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Must be based in the United States with the ability to travel for quarterly planning.
  • Bachelor’s degree or comparable work history.

Nice to have

  • Master’s degree.
  • Knowledge of the gaming, entertainment, and hospitality industries.
