What you will do

• Own and evolve the enterprise data architecture and establish operational standards for ingestion and consumption.
• Lead complex enterprise data migrations, including design, execution, and client sign-off processes.
• Translate business objectives into custom analytics and BI dashboards while advising clients on data governance.
• Define and mature delivery workflows for AI analytics subscription services and agentic AI capabilities.
• Build out the core Data Strategy & Services operating models and prioritization frameworks.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Sales to support go-to-market activities and commercial targets.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in Data Architecture, Enterprise Analytics, or Data Strategy.
• Demonstrated success in structuring and executing complex enterprise data migrations and third-party integrations.
• Strategic understanding of BI tools, ETL architectures, cloud compliance, and modern agentic AI applications.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills for executive-level narrative building.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related technical field.

Nice to have

• Previous client-facing professional services or premium data consulting experience.
• Data management or governance certifications such as DAMA-CDMP.
