Location: Must be based in Las Vegas, NV, United States (Hybrid-remote schedule)

What you will do

• Prepare and review complex reconciliations and journal entries.
• Oversee partner billing submissions and manage partner receivables.
• Ensure adherence to GAAP principles, SOX compliance, and internal controls.
• Train, coach, and support staff accountants with problem-solving.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and profit share reports.
• Assist management with lease and contract accounting and ad hoc financial requests.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of accounting experience.
• Degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Must be able to obtain a gaming license from the Nevada Gaming Control Board.
• Strong proficiency in Excel (macro knowledge preferred).
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends when required.
• Proven ability to lead and assist staff accountants.

• Working knowledge of Oracle accounting software.
