What you will do

  • Develop and execute an integrated pan-EMEA marketing strategy aligned with regional sales priorities and company growth objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and scale a geographically distributed marketing team across the UK, Northern Europe, DACH, Southern Europe, and the Middle East.
  • Build trusted partnerships with regional sales leadership to ensure alignment on pipeline goals and go-to-market execution.
  • Own the EMEA field marketing strategy, including executive programs, customer events, and partner initiatives.
  • Represent EMEA market dynamics and opportunities within the global Marketing Leadership Team.
  • Manage the regional marketing budget, establishing KPIs and operational rigor to measure performance and ROI.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of B2B enterprise marketing experience in SaaS or enterprise software.
  • Significant experience leading regional marketing organizations across EMEA.
  • Proven track record of building pan-EMEA strategies that drive measurable pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Strong experience partnering with regional sales leadership in a global, matrixed organization.
  • Demonstrated success leading geographically distributed international teams.
  • Must be based in the UK and able to maintain a regular presence in the London office.

Nice to have

  • Experience in cybersecurity, identity security, or adjacent enterprise security markets.
  • Familiarity with enterprise SaaS go-to-market models.
  • Experience working in high-growth, fast-paced technology companies.
