Location: Hybrid (London, UK) — typically 2-3 days in the office
Salary: £80,000 - £90,000

is developing a network of connected organisations working together to defend against cybersecurity attacks in the supply chain.
What you will do
- Develop the strategy, structure, and operating rhythm of the Supply Chain Security Exchange flagship community programme.
- Design and execute strategic field programmes, including executive roundtables, customer events, trade shows, and leadership dinners.
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success to leverage community engagement for pipeline progression and account expansion.
- Manage field and community marketing budgets with full commercial accountability.
- Establish strategic partnerships with industry groups and event partners to expand reach into priority communities.
- Track and report performance metrics across sourced and influenced pipeline and engagement quality.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS community marketing, field marketing, or strategic GTM, ideally in mid-market or enterprise.
- Proven track record of owning strategic programmes tied to measurable commercial outcomes.
- Experience building executive-level programmes, including roundtables and industry communities.
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to partner closely with Sales and GTM teams.
- Confidence in managing high-level stakeholders, senior leaders, and external communities.
- Must be based in or able to commute to London for a hybrid work arrangement
Nice to have
- Experience in cybersecurity, risk, compliance, or other regulated industries.
- Experience with community-led or ecosystem-led GTM strategies.
- Background in category creation or challenger-brand positioning.
- Experience scaling marketing functions through high-growth stages.
