What you will do

• Perform advanced repairs and preventative maintenance on plumbing, electrical, and refrigeration systems.
• Maintain and repair central plant equipment including chillers, pumps, and boilers.
• Service commercial kitchen equipment and ensure operational reliability.
• Interpret blueprints, schematic drawings, and technical specifications for installations.
• Coordinate with outside contractors and vendors to complete facility projects.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and inventory of parts required for daily operations.

Requirements

• Must be based in Las Vegas, NV and able to work on-site.
• Valid Nevada driver's license required.
• Minimum 2 years of field experience and 1.5 years of commercial experience.
• Proven technical training (QE-Qualified Employee) or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, and boiler plant operations.
• Ability to lift 75 lbs and work in various physical conditions including confined spaces.
