What you will do

• Operate boilers, auxiliary equipment, and chilled water processes safely and efficiently.
• Perform preventive maintenance on engines, motors, and pneumatic tools following engineering specifications.
• Troubleshoot and repair plant equipment including piping systems, valves, traps, and pumps.
• Maintain a safe working environment by identifying and correcting unsafe conditions.
• Dismantle devices and replace defective parts using hoists and cranes.

Requirements

• HS Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in steam or equipment operations and maintenance.
• Knowledge of boiler and chilled water plant operations principles.
• Valid driver license and ability to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screening.
• Ability to work in temperature extremes, confined spaces, and climb heights up to 75 feet.
• Must obtain City of Tulsa Stationary Engineer license within one year of employment.

Nice to have

• State of Oklahoma High Pressure Boiler License.
• Universal Refrigerant Handling License.
• Experience with water chemistry.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Maximo or other work order CMS systems.
