hirify.global is a Vancouver-based startup specializing in AI-driven robotic vision systems (4D Vision) to enhance flexibility and productivity in manufacturing.

What you will do

  • Execute multi-channel outbound prospecting to identify high-potential accounts and build a strong pipeline.
  • Own and manage the full sales cycle from initial discovery through technical validation to deal closure.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with plant managers, operations leaders, and executives.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solution fit and feasibility for complex industrial challenges.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data and provide data-driven revenue forecasts using HubSpot.
  • Develop market strategies and identify new verticals within the LATAM manufacturing landscape.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, specifically in industrial, manufacturing, automation, or technology environments.
  • Proven track record of closing complex deals and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Direct experience working within LATAM markets.
  • Strong capabilities in outbound prospecting, discovery, and technical solution selling.
  • Location: Based in Mexico with availability for frequent travel to the US and within Mexico.

Nice to have

  • Experience working with system integrators or channel partners.
  • Professional background in robotics, automation, or industrial vision solutions.
  • Experience in complex, multi-stakeholder sales environments.
