What you will do

  • Define and execute regional sales strategies based on product knowledge and market insights.
  • Build, lead, and scale a multi-layered sales organization, including coaching Managers and Account Executives.
  • Drive predictable revenue outcomes through structured pipeline management and executive-level negotiations.
  • Own the regional talent strategy, including hiring, performance management, and succession planning.
  • Establish repeatable onboarding and operating rhythms to reduce ramp time and increase productivity.
  • Maintain senior-level relationships with strategic industrial customers to support expansion.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Poland.
  • 3+ years of experience leading sales leaders and quota-carrying B2B teams.
  • 8+ years of experience selling complex B2B enterprise or strategic account solutions.
  • Proven track record in industrial, manufacturing, or reliability-focused sectors.
  • Strong operational leadership in enterprise sales methodologies and account-based selling.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, specifically HubSpot.
