What you will do

• Solicit and book high-revenue programs including rooms, food and beverage, and meeting spaces.
• Lead and close large account sales opportunities to gain market share.
• Conduct site inspections for meeting planners and prospective clients.
• Manage and coordinate in-market sales efforts across TN, KY, GA, and AL.
• Negotiate contract terms and ensure customer retention through superior service.
• Travel for tradeshows, familiarization events, and client site visits.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proven experience selling hospitality services to a diverse customer base.
• Established customer network and track record of managing complex sales.
• Ability to travel frequently for business needs.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
