What you will do

• Manage production program performance against schedules, quality, cost, and delivery targets.
• Act as the primary customer contact for production issues, delivery coordination, and performance reporting.
• Drive cost-to-plan initiatives, manage financial forecasts, and report earned-value status.
• Translate program requirements into site-level demand and coordinate materials and capacity.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, quality) to remove blockers.
• Oversee engineering change requests, configuration control, and stakeholder alignment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business.
• Minimum 10 years of professional work experience, preferably in aerospace and engineering.
• Minimum 6 years of Program Management work experience.
• Must be able to access U.S. export-controlled information.

Nice to have

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certificate.
