What you will do

• Develop and implement end-to-end supply chain and sourcing strategies for the bags and luggage category.
• Onboard and coach manufacturing partners on the hirify.global direct-to-consumer model and operating system.
• Drive continuous improvement in key performance indicators including quality, replenishment lead times, and in-stock rates.
• Lead catalog expansion in collaboration with the merchandising team to launch new styles.
• Conduct structured Quarterly Business Reviews with partners to ensure strategic alignment and performance optimization.
• Apply clean sheet costing and negotiation tactics to drive product cost savings.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supplier management at a director level.
• Proven experience operating with major US-based retailers.
• Deep set of partner factory connections within the bags and luggage industry in APAC.
• Strong background in lean manufacturing, JIT, and cost engineering.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
