What you will do

• Develop detailed production plans and manage capacity balancing based on sales requirements.
• Track project execution progress to ensure adherence to established plans.
• Maintain accurate data records in compliance with company SOPs and quality standards.
• Optimize work processes to reduce product costs and lead times.
• Ensure all activities follow HSE specifications and local quality management system requirements.
• Maintain 5S standards within the workshop area.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines.
• 5+ years of experience in a mechanical processing factory, including at least 1 year in a planning role.
• Green Belt certification is mandatory.
• Proficiency in production capacity analysis and planning tools like MS-Project and PWA.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001 standards.
• English proficiency: Basic level required.
