What you will do

• Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives to optimize inventory visibility and fulfillment logic.
• Diagnose and reengineer end-to-end supply chain processes from demand planning to customer service.
• Manage the full project lifecycle, including governance, timeline, and resource coordination.
• Act as a bridge between business, CoE, and IT to deploy digital platforms like Supply Chain Control Tower and S&OP.
• Develop digital capabilities and data literacy across the organization through training and analytics adoption.
• Localize regional frameworks into operational SOPs and ensure high data quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in cross-functional project management within matrix organizations.
• Familiarity with supply chain systems such as ERP, APS, TMS, or WMS.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools including Power BI and Excel.
• Strong ability to translate business strategy into actionable execution and technical requirements.
• Clear communication skills to bridge the gap between business and technical teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with SQL or Python for data analysis.
• Prior exposure to digital transformation initiatives in a supply chain context.
