Salary: $52,700 – $74,400 CAD

What you will do

• Advise customers on high-level financial solutions, including investment and credit banking options.
• Build and deepen customer relationships through thoughtful financial questioning and personalized advice.
• Conduct financial reviews and suggest portfolio updates based on individual financial goals.
• Act as the primary point of contact for frontline staff to resolve customer problems.
• Maintain professional spaces according to marketing and regulatory guidelines.

Requirements

• High school diploma and/or 1 year of relevant experience.
• Completion of IFIC or equivalent required.
• CFSA must be completed within 12 months of hiring.
• Sound knowledge of advanced investing, credit processes, and banking solutions.
• Proficiency in MS Office and internet applications.
• Bilingualism (French/English) is highly encouraged for Quebec positions.

Nice to have

• Post-Secondary or Undergraduate degree in a related field.
• Experience in real estate secured lending or investments.
