What you will do

• Establish pricing for the request-for-proposal (RFP) process, renewals, and benefit modifications.
• Draft financial agreements and prepare detailed financial reports.
• Negotiate files and meet with market intermediaries or clients alongside insurance advisors.
• Lead the ongoing training and mentorship of junior and intermediate underwriters.
• Provide technical support to various internal company departments.

Requirements

• Post-secondary degree in business administration, mathematics, actuarial science, statistics, or finance.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in group insurance pricing.
• Bilingualism in French and English is required to meet business needs.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Word.
• Advanced analytical, reasoning, and decision-making abilities.
• Proven negotiation skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a changing environment.
