What you will do
- Lead and develop an SQE organization of 50–100 FTEs to deliver predictable results across technology domains.
- Drive industrialization readiness for New Product Introductions (NPI) from early supplier involvement through release to volume.
- Improve supplier quality performance and reduce the cost of poor quality using structured problem-solving and prevention.
- Ensure strong governance, compliance, and quality of SQE deliverables and audits across the supplier base.
- Collaborate with D&E and Module Delivery Units (MDUs) to secure manufacturability and technology availability.
- Standardize and continuously improve global ways of working to increase scalability and consistency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in an engineering discipline (Mechanical, Electrical, Physics, etc.).
- Minimum of 12 years of professional experience, including 5 years managing direct reports.
- Must be legally authorized to access controlled technology as defined by US Export Administration Regulations.
- Experience with quality management tools: DMAIC, FMEA, SPC, MSA, 5xWhy, 8D.
- Proven track record in industrialization processes within a technical high-tech environment.
- Strong English communication skills (both written and oral).

- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
