What you will do

• Communicate with customers via phone and email to monitor fund collection.
• Reconcile customer accounts and track irregularities in payments.
• Resolve customer discrepancies and adhere to company credit standards and policies.
• Review orders for invoicing and prepare invoices for mailing.
• Utilize AI-enabled tools such as chatbots and analytics assistants to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Run credit reports and validate order-related information.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in accounts receivable or credit & collections.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Knowledge of general accounting procedures and accounts receivable.
• Skills in prompting AI systems and assessing output quality.
• Excellent IT user, customer service, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
