Location: Must be based in or able to work from Istanbul or Sofia. Hybrid setup: 3 months in-office required initially, followed by 3 days in-office and 2 days remote weekly.

What you will do

• Investigate suspicious activity and protect users from potential fraud.
• Monitor and identify potential risks using established fraud prevention tools.
• Communicate effectively with users to provide support during fraud-related incidents.
• Lead thorough investigations and resolve complex cases with high attention to detail.
• Contribute to process improvements for safer and smoother banking operations.

Requirements

• Must be available to work night shifts (23:00–08:00 Amsterdam time).
• Fluent English proficiency with strong communication and empathy skills.
• Proven knowledge of fraud monitoring and prevention techniques.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with financial/banking sectors, KYC, KYB, and compliance operations is highly preferred.
