What you will do

• Plan, track, and report on project financials across various contract types and risk levels.
• Forecast project costs, manage change orders, and identify variances from project plans.
• Maintain revenue recognition, Estimates to Complete (ETC), and burn rate analyses.
• Collaborate with project leads to monitor budgets, actual costs, and financial forecasts.
• Manage subcontractor, consultant, and clinical site agreements and payment processing.
• Prepare financial status reports for internal operations meetings and quarterly research unit reviews.

Requirements

• Must be based in Bulgaria or Colombia
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in budgeting, finance, or contracts management.
• Experience with Cost Reimbursable, Firm Fixed Price (FFP), and Time and Material (T&M) contracts.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis software.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience working with or for a Contract Research Organization (CRO).
• Background in clinical trials or the pharmaceutical industry.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Access and Project.
