Salary: $102,400 - $153,600

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end program management of global Facilities initiatives, including CMMS/CAMS deployment and reliability programs.
• Drive adoption of reliability best practices such as Criticality & Redundancy Analysis and PM & Spare Parts Optimization.
• Execute software system deployments (e.g., Fluke eMaint) including data migration, configuration, and change management.
• Develop and implement scalable maintenance processes aligned with operational, quality, and compliance requirements.
• Monitor and analyze maintenance KPIs (MTTR, MTBF, asset availability) to identify continuous improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders in Operations, Quality, IT, and EHS to ensure program success.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and 4+ years of experience in Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical, or Reliability Engineering (or Master's + 2 years / PhD).
• Unrestricted U.S. work authorization is required (sponsorship only offered for Principal-level and above).
• Must be based in the USA at a major hirify.global location.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.

Nice to have

• Experience deploying enterprise CMMS/CAMS systems (Maximo, ServiceChannel, MaintainX).
• Experience operating in regulated manufacturing environments (FDA, ISO, GMP).
• Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) certification.
