What you will do

• Oversee the repair and maintenance of all plant production equipment and facility systems.
• Manage and develop a team of 13 maintenance technicians across all shifts.
• Implement and enhance preventive and predictive maintenance programs and CMMS usage.
• Lead continuous improvement projects using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to reduce downtime.
• Manage the annual maintenance budget, including spare parts procurement and vendor relations.
• Ensure full compliance with OSHA regulations and internal safety standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent plant maintenance experience.
• 5+ years of maintenance or engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven background in troubleshooting automated and electromechanical equipment.
• Experience leading continuous improvement and capital projects.
• Strong analytical skills (RCA, FMEA, 5-Why) and ability to interpret technical schematics.
• Must be authorized to work in the US and successfully complete pre-employment background checks.
