What you will do

• Define and execute a multi-year global Manufacturing Excellence strategy aligned with enterprise financial objectives.
• Lead the deployment and sustainment of the integrated operating system across all manufacturing sites.
• Drive enterprise-wide transformation initiatives to improve operational performance and organizational culture.
• Establish governance frameworks to track progress, measure value realization, and ensure accountability.
• Coach and develop plant leadership teams to drive ownership and engagement at all levels.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders in Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, and Finance to deliver results at scale.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required, Engineering or related field preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive leadership in manufacturing, operations, or operational excellence.
• Proven success leading large-scale, multi-site transformation initiatives in complex environments.
• Deep expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, and TPM with practical application experience.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior executives and drive alignment in a matrixed organization.
• Strong executive presence and track record of delivering measurable business results.
