• Define and execute the strategic vision for digital patient access and engagement enterprise-wide.
• Lead digital program planning and operations to support strategic initiatives and performance goals.
• Oversee the entire development lifecycle for enterprise applications, including support and implementation.
• Manage digital finance, talent, vendor relationships, and project portfolios.
• Integrate new technologies into the hirify.global ecosystem to ensure cost-effective and reliable solutions.

Requirements

• 15 years of recent relevant experience in healthcare administration or digital leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of strategic planning, business planning, and physician group management.
• Proven team leadership, mentoring, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Epic EHR experience is highly desired.
• Must be based in or able to work in Sacramento or Emeryville, California.
