Salary: $228,000 - $342,000

What you will do
- Shape the enterprise-wide portfolio roadmap and capital allocation strategy for high-growth markets and breakthrough therapies.
- Identify and prioritize unmet clinical needs and care pathway opportunities to define unique value propositions.
- Define patient segmentation, positioning, pricing strategies, and business models to ensure commercial success.
- Develop robust financial models and business cases to support investment decisions and portfolio prioritization.
- Partner cross-functionally with R&D, clinical, finance, and executive leadership to align strategy with execution.
- Collaborate with external ecosystem partners to create innovative partnership models and strategic alliances.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 15+ years of relevant experience and 10+ years of managerial experience (people or program).
- Alternatively, an advanced degree with 13+ years of relevant experience and 10+ years of managerial experience.
- Must possess unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire.
Nice to have
- MBA degree.
- Background in Brain-Computer Interface (BCI), neuromodulation, or neuroscience-focused innovations.
- Experience in early-stage voice-of-customer research and upstream marketing strategy.
- Consulting experience in corporate strategy and operations.
- Experience building and scaling new markets, including patient engagement and advocacy.
