What you will do

• Develop and maintain preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Formulate work plans to ensure all materials and tools are procured for job completion.
• Balance workloads based on manpower and equipment availability.
• Create and update work orders, inspection logs, and equipment records.
• Coordinate with the Maintenance Manager and Purchasing Department for parts and vendor orders.
• Manage tool room inventory and track spare part requirements.
