What you will do

• Manage the full implementation lifecycle for small to mid-sized projects from kickoff to go-live.
• Configure and test software solutions, ensuring high-quality releases through rigorous QA.
• Train customers on platform functionality via webinars and one-on-one sessions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve software, mapping, and integration challenges.
• Validate and organize development requests, preparing clear handovers for the engineering team.
• Maintain accurate project records and provide timely status updates in NetSuite PSA.

Requirements

• Must hold or be working towards a Prince2 Project Management qualification.
• Must possess MS SQL knowledge.
• 3+ years of experience in software implementation project coordination.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities.
• Experience in configuring and testing software solutions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and internet-based applications.

Nice to have

• Understanding of EDI, B2B commerce, and supply chain processes.
• Prior experience with ERP systems.
