What you will do

• Own the product roadmap for agentic and conversational AI across web, mobile, and messaging.
• Translate user intent into product requirements, AI behaviors, and interaction flows.
• Partner with engineering on agent architecture including reasoning, retrieval, and inference pipelines.
• Collaborate with design on intuitive multimodal interactions and error-handling.
• Define and track metrics like engagement, task completion, conversion, and revenue impact.
• Build feedback loops with users and partners to refine agent performance.
• Drive cross-functional alignment for product execution.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years in product management in consumer tech, AI products, or platforms
• Hands-on with LLM-powered systems, agent frameworks, or conversational AI
• Translate complex AI concepts into product decisions
• Deep UX understanding in conversational environments
• Experience with engineering on ML features and scalable architectures
• Analytical skills for metrics, experiments, and data-driven iteration
• Comfort in fast-paced, ambiguous zero-to-one environments
• Excellent communication to align stakeholders
