What you will do

• Coordinate meetings and manage comprehensive project documentation.
• Monitor project schedules, actions, risks, and deadlines to ensure smooth delivery.
• Assist with project reporting, financial tracking, and resource coordination.
• Provide reporting insights to Consulting Services leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement across project delivery processes.
• Independently manage smaller projects as experience increases.

Requirements

• Recent experience in a Project Coordinator or similar role.
• Exposure to software delivery, SaaS, or technology projects.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Experience with Microsoft Project or similar tools.
