What you will do

• Lead requirement gathering and refinement processes, including workshop facilitation and stakeholder relationship building.
• Identify root causes of project issues and develop creative technical solutions.
• Evaluate feature adoption and user behavior using SQL, WalkMe, and custom analytical tools.
• Develop and execute comprehensive communication plans, including changelogs and direct stakeholder engagement.
• Maintain detailed project documentation, development materials, and meeting records.
• Prepare and distribute regular progress reports to ensure all stakeholders are well-informed.

Requirements

• Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience.
• 3-5 years of work experience in similar project coordination roles.
• Understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to prioritize multiple tasks under pressure.
• Demonstrated relationship management skills for working with external stakeholders.
• Must be located in or able to work in Brisbane, Australia

• Experience with the Atlassian suite of tools.
