What you will do
- Coordinate logistics for SIM card labelling, packaging, and distribution.
- Liaise with Sales, Account teams, customers, and vendors throughout the transition lifecycle.
- Manage administrative tasks, documentation, and reference materials for active orders.
- Support data collection activities including SMS/call campaigns and exception reporting.
- Handle customer inquiries, troubleshoot mobile issues, and execute test calls.
- Oversee incoming customer calls and manage work order allocation to Transition Leads.
Requirements
- At least 2 years' experience working with mobile services.
- Strong knowledge of Telco mobile data and voice products troubleshooting.
- Proven ability in change management and project coordination.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines.
Nice to have
- ITIL, Lean Six Sigma, or Agile certifications.
- Additional Telco industry experience.
