What you will do

  • Coordinate logistics for SIM card labelling, packaging, and distribution.
  • Liaise with Sales, Account teams, customers, and vendors throughout the transition lifecycle.
  • Manage administrative tasks, documentation, and reference materials for active orders.
  • Support data collection activities including SMS/call campaigns and exception reporting.
  • Handle customer inquiries, troubleshoot mobile issues, and execute test calls.
  • Oversee incoming customer calls and manage work order allocation to Transition Leads.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years' experience working with mobile services.
  • Strong knowledge of Telco mobile data and voice products troubleshooting.
  • Proven ability in change management and project coordination.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines.

Nice to have

  • ITIL, Lean Six Sigma, or Agile certifications.
  • Additional Telco industry experience.
