TL;DR

Creative Production Coordinator (E-commerce/Creative Ops): Coordinating creative production workflows, asset management, and e-commerce visual rollouts with an accent on creative execution and operational discipline. Focus on managing multiple moving parts across creative workflows and ensuring brand consistency across all customer-facing touchpoints.

Location: Remote, must work according to Melbourne, VIC Time (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM)

What you will do

  • Coordinate day-to-day creative production workflows for marketing campaigns, product launches, and seasonal promotions.
  • Prepare and organize product imagery, banners, and promotional graphics, ensuring alignment with premium brand identity.
  • Manage the rollout and scheduling of marketing campaigns across e-commerce and social platforms.
  • Maintain digital asset libraries, including naming conventions and version control.
  • Update website imagery, product visuals, and collection banners within the e-commerce backend.
  • Track creative tasks and coordinate approvals and revisions between internal departments and external suppliers.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in creative production, marketing coordination, or e-commerce support.
  • Strong eye for design, layout, and premium branding aesthetics.
  • Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or Figma.
  • Experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce backend systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work full-time on Melbourne, VIC Time (9:00 AM to 5:30 PM).

Nice to have

  • Experience in furniture, interior design, homewares, or lifestyle brands.
  • Background in property styling or architecture-related industries.
  • Prior experience working in a remote environment.
