What you will do
- Implement Snap's commercial strategy for China by managing partnerships with sales agencies.
- Coach agencies on product positioning and ad offerings to ensure optimal market and customer fit.
- Provide data-driven optimization suggestions to high-potential customers to increase spending.
- Promote product adoption and business growth programs through agency guidance.
- Conduct training and empowerment sessions to improve agency professionalism and technical capabilities.
- Analyze market data and output summary reports to formulate subsequent optimization strategies.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree or equivalent.
- 5+ years of experience in advertising or user growth with knowledge of industry-specific methodologies.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools, including Excel, SQL, and Python.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing and strong sensitivity to data.
- English: Proficiency to use as a working language is required.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Nice to have
- 2+ years of account management experience on platforms like Google, Facebook, or TikTok.
- Strong understanding of advertising performance metrics and biddable auction environments.
- Ability to synthesize and share insights and best practices with partners.
- Passion for Snapchat and experience building processes from the ground up.
