What you will do

• Manage the development and execution of go-to-market plans, including value propositions and organizational readiness.
• Oversee the full product-launch lifecycle, managing timelines and milestones from pre-launch to post-launch.
• Act as the primary liaison between engineering, marketing, CRM, business development, legal, and PR to ensure team alignment.
• Optimize launch strategies based on business and operational requirements across cross-functional teams.
• Analyze product quality and launch metrics to identify short-term and long-term improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is required (MBA preferred).
• 5+ years of experience as a product manager in software and web development.
• Experience delivering platform services in high-availability, real-time, or consumer-facing environments.
• Strong knowledge of software development life cycles (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Business-level English with exceptional writing, presentation, and public speaking skills.
• Proven ability to resolve issues rapidly through hands-on incident management and stakeholder coordination.
