Product Manager (Commerce)

What you will do

• Clarify business and system requirements based on proposals from business units and create product specifications.
• Identify improvement points based on various KPIs and feedback from users/clients, and create product specifications.
• Create improvement roadmaps for assigned products and manage backlogs.
• Communicate with a wide range of stakeholders to align understanding and drive projects forward.

Requirements

• Communication skills to align understanding with various stakeholders.
• Ability to overcome difficulties independently and achieve objectives.
• Critical thinking to thoroughly analyze matters to their essence.
• Integrity to persistently pursue improvements toward long-term goals.
• Experience in requirements definition (3+ years, not limited to internet services).
• Japanese: Fluent
• TOEIC score of 800 or above (or proof of equivalent English proficiency, or degree certificate from a university in an English-speaking country)

• Experience in product management for internet services.
• Experience in analyzing product KPIs, implementing improvement measures, and growing products.
