What you will do

• Develop deep understanding of platform vision, mission, and business model.
• Build relationships with businesses to capture requirements, identify improvements, and lead change delivery.
• Collaborate with tech leaders, developers, QA, and operations to own product roadmap, prioritization, and feature delivery.
• Execute plans for consumer-facing app features with clear acceptance criteria.
• Analyze complex issues quantitatively and qualitatively to make data-driven decisions.
• Act as role model for ownership, proactivity, and responsibility while recommending improvements in point platforms and loyalty programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Economics, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in web system development or smartphone app.
• Experience in Agile development environment and KPI-driven service development.
• Experience writing requirement specifications and acceptance criteria.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of technical architecture of web applications.
