Location: Remote (Must be able to work EST 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM)

What you will do

  • Research and identify service-based businesses online to build targeted prospect databases from scratch.
  • Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls, maintaining a minimum of 100 calls per day.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach and appointment setting to closing the deal.
  • Pitch high-ticket marketing services and handle complex objections effectively.
  • Perform consistent follow-ups via phone, email, or SMS to nurture the pipeline.
  • Track all outreach activity and conversions within a CRM or Excel system.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B cold calling and high-ticket sales.
  • Demonstrated ability to self-generate leads and build prospect lists independently.
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
  • Excellent verbal English communication with a clear, professional accent.
  • Ability to work full-time in the EST timezone (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM).
  • High level of resilience and comfort with rejection in a high-volume calling environment.
