What you will do
- Research and identify service-based businesses online to build targeted prospect databases from scratch.
- Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls, maintaining a minimum of 100 calls per day.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach and appointment setting to closing the deal.
- Pitch high-ticket marketing services and handle complex objections effectively.
- Perform consistent follow-ups via phone, email, or SMS to nurture the pipeline.
- Track all outreach activity and conversions within a CRM or Excel system.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B cold calling and high-ticket sales.
- Demonstrated ability to self-generate leads and build prospect lists independently.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
- Excellent verbal English communication with a clear, professional accent.
- Ability to work full-time in the EST timezone (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM).
- High level of resilience and comfort with rejection in a high-volume calling environment.
