What you will do

  • Schedule and deploy field service engineers based on priority, availability, and SLAs.
  • Coordinate service bookings with customers via phone and email and maintain real-time system updates.
  • Run and review daily reports to capture new service requirements and ensure proper scheduling.
  • Review engineers' service reports to validate that charges align before moving orders to billing.
  • Act as the first-level point of contact for scheduling-related enquiries.
  • Coordinate with parts supply, technical teams, and sales to ensure service delivery readiness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in scheduling, coordination, customer service, or operations support.
  • Strong attention to detail and high data accuracy.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills for customer interactions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States (as per company authorization policy).

Nice to have

  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
  • Experience working with scheduling or service management systems.
  • Awareness of process improvement practices such as Lean or standard work.
  • Experience supporting cross-functional coordination between parts, technical, and customer teams.
