What you will do

• Manage high-volume incoming emails and phone calls with clients, brokers, and internal teams
• Coordinate daily administrative operations to support logistics and supply chain activities
• Prepare, review, and maintain shipping documentation for regulatory compliance
• Liaise with customs officials and brokers to track cargo status and monitor progress
• Handle data entry in the SAP system and update internal shipment records
• Coordinate cargo pickups and dispatching with truckers and airlines
