Salary: $119,500 – $329,500

What you will do
- Supervise day-to-day engagement activities and manage client relationships to generate additional service opportunities.
- Assist clients with accounting and financial reporting for M&As, IPOs, and other complex transactions.
- Conduct technical research and document conclusions regarding accounting standards.
- Help clients comply with SEC reporting requirements including 10-Ks, 10-Qs, and pro forma financial information.
- Remediate internal control deficiencies through design, implementation, and testing.
- Coach and mentor staff while upholding the company's culture and code of conduct.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in accounting.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or foreign equivalent.
- 6+ years of public accounting or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience in supervising teams.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC requirements.
- Must be currently authorized to work in the US; no visa sponsorship provided.
Nice to have
- 4+ years of public accounting experience working with public companies.
- Rotation experience within the National Office of a public accounting firm.
- Specific expertise in Revenue Recognition.
- Experience leveraging technology tools to enhance daily accounting responsibilities.
