Salary: $119,500 – $329,500

What you will do

• Supervise day-to-day engagement activities and manage client relationships to generate additional service opportunities.
• Assist clients with accounting and financial reporting for M&As, IPOs, and other complex transactions.
• Conduct technical research and document conclusions regarding accounting standards.
• Help clients comply with SEC reporting requirements including 10-Ks, 10-Qs, and pro forma financial information.
• Remediate internal control deficiencies through design, implementation, and testing.
• Coach and mentor staff while upholding the company's culture and code of conduct.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in accounting.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or foreign equivalent.
• 6+ years of public accounting or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in supervising teams.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC requirements.
• Must be currently authorized to work in the US; no visa sponsorship provided.

Nice to have

• 4+ years of public accounting experience working with public companies.
• Rotation experience within the National Office of a public accounting firm.
• Specific expertise in Revenue Recognition.
• Experience leveraging technology tools to enhance daily accounting responsibilities.
