Salary: $197,000 – $247,250+

• Oversee multiple engagement teams to deliver divestiture solutions, including carve-out readiness and operational transitions.
• Support SEC regulatory filings and facilitate the preparation of carve-out financials.
• Advise clients on complex accounting policies and identify emerging market trends.
• Supervise and train less experienced colleagues, providing regular performance feedback.
• Represent the firm at professional networking and recruiting events.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field (Master's preferred).
• Active CPA license is required.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial statement audits or transaction advisory services.
• Proficiency in US GAAP and SEC reporting rules.
• Specialized knowledge in ASC 606, ASC 842, or capital transactions.
• Ability to travel up to 30% on short notice.
