What you will do

• Turn behavioral insights into thoughtful experiences to remove friction and deepen engagement throughout the user lifecycle.
• Own end-to-end design strategy and execution for key parts of the ClassPass platform, shaping vision and flows.
• Lead discovery efforts including research, user interviews, and data synthesis to uncover new opportunities.
• Translate business objectives into intuitive and effective product experiences.
• Mentor the team by providing incisive feedback and modeling high-quality critiques to raise overall standards.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product design experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating deep craft and end-to-end product thinking on complex systems and workflows.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams through ambiguity.
• Strong product thinking skills with the ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative insights into actionable recommendations.
• Evolving perspective on how AI and automation can enhance creative output and customer value.
