What you will do

• Lead cross-functional hardware programs from development through production launch and sustaining support.
• Manage schedules, milestones, risks, and dependencies for SSD/NAND qualification programs.
• Coordinate technical activities related to SSD validation, reliability, interoperability, and firmware.
• Manage supplier engagement, technical escalations, failure analysis, and corrective action tracking.
• Develop project plans, dashboards, and operational metrics to ensure clear ownership and execution.
• Create technical documentation for test requirements and product performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• 7+ years of Technical Program Management experience in enterprise hardware, storage, or data center technologies.
• Deep technical expertise in NAND and SSD technologies.
• Proven experience managing hardware qualification, validation, and NPI programs.
• Location: Must be based in California.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with NVMe, PCIe, and SSD firmware qualification.
• PMP certification.
• Experience working in fast-paced startup environments.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, or Smartsheet.
