What you will do

• Own end-to-end program management for data center operations, including hardware lifecycle and capacity planning.
• Coordinate across facilities, networking, hardware, and software teams to drive operational SLAs.
• Translate operational status and risks into clear reporting for executive leadership.
• Mitigate risks to site reliability and customer-facing uptime.
• Drive post-incident retrospectives and implement durable process improvements.
• Maintain operational runbooks, risk registers, and change management records.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of technical program management experience, with 3+ years in data center operations or critical infrastructure.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating across facilities, network, and hardware engineering teams.
• Familiarity with data center power, cooling, and physical layer dependencies.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Proficiency with Jira or equivalent program management tools.

Nice to have

• Experience with high-density GPU or AI compute deployments.
• Background in colocation or multi-tenant infrastructure environments.
• Familiarity with network infrastructure (spine-leaf topology, structured fiber).
• Experience with observability tools like Grafana or Prometheus.
• PMP or equivalent certification.
