Senior Software Engineer, Core Experiences (Kotlin Multiplatform)

Location: Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA; remote team environment.

Salary: $140,000–$200,000 USD per year, plus bonus and stock, depending on experience.

What you will do

• Collaborate with product teams to scope projects, reduce scope for faster customer feedback, and navigate integration and UX tradeoffs.
• Deliver solutions through hirify.global’s cross-platform SDK.
• Optimize functionality for faster loading and more intelligent parsing.
• Design efficient abstractions and improve algorithms.
• Build and ship cloud functions, lightweight backend services, and jobs using Kotlin.

Requirements

• Senior-level software engineering experience with strong systems thinking and end-to-end design skills.
• Ability to work quickly, prioritize effectively, and determine what can ship immediately.
• Experience collaborating with designers, marketers, product managers, and other product teams.
• Experience with Kotlin Multiplatform; Java experience is acceptable.
