Location: Onsite in Ortigas, Manila

What you will do

  • Create and manage monthly photographer newsletters covering policy updates, product changes, and community news.
  • Synthesize feedback from support tickets and Slack into actionable monthly reports for Product and Operations teams.
  • Coordinate and participate in photographer ambassador meetings to build relationships and understand concerns.
  • Update and maintain photographer-facing content, including FAQs, help documentation, and onboarding materials.
  • Drive social media engagement to celebrate photographer success and foster community connection.
  • Organize and support monthly/quarterly webinars, master classes, and photographer meetups.

Requirements

  • Hands-on photography background at a professional, hobbyist, or enthusiast level.
  • Extensive familiarity with the US market, ideally having lived in the US.
  • Strong written communication skills for creating engaging newsletters and clear documentation.
  • Analytical thinking and pattern recognition for synthesizing feedback into recommendations.
  • Project coordination skills to manage logistics for events and webinars.
  • Ability to work Monday to Friday PST, with flexibility for US time zone meetings.

Nice to have

  • Community management or customer success experience with freelancers or creative professionals.
  • Industry experience in photography, videography, or creative services.
  • Familiarity with social media management and community engagement tactics.
  • Experience working with US-based teams across different time zones.
