What you will do

• Take full ownership of daily operations in Google Ads (Paid Search) and Meta Ads Manager.
• Maintain account hygiene, including structures, naming conventions, tracking, and settings.
• Build and launch campaigns from scratch with keyword harvesting, audience segmentation, and ROI-focused budgets.
• Execute continuous optimizations on bidding, budgets, and targeting for maximum efficiency.
• Support media planning, forecasting, budget management, testing programs, and data-led reporting.
• Stay updated on fintech and platform trends, communicating opportunities to manager.

Requirements

• 3-4+ years hands-on experience in Google Ads (Search) and Meta Business Suite
• Working knowledge of GA4 and GTM for conversion tracking
• Solid understanding of P&L impact and marketing spend translation to growth
• Strong quantitative skills, effective communication, and attention to detail
• Demonstrated cross-functional collaboration with product, commercial, and growth teams
• Accountability, curiosity, succinct and technical mindset
