What you will do

• Plan campaigns by reviewing briefs, providing creative direction, and writing copy for banners, social posts, emails, and ads.
• Manage end-to-end execution including timelines, workflows, approvals, email setups, and local market adaptations while ensuring brand compliance.
• Use AI tools for automating briefs, targeting, and testing; monitor funnel metrics and optimize for targets.
• Collaborate with Growth Marketing, Commercial, Paid Ads, and Content teams for alignment and accurate campaign delivery.
• Track performance metrics, produce post-campaign analysis with insights and recommendations.

Requirements

• Located in Manila, Philippines; hybrid work (office Mon-Thu, WFH Fri)
• 2+ years of marketing and campaign experience, including campaign management and digital media planning.
• Familiarity with AI marketing tools (predictive targeting, automated bidding, content generation, attribution).
• Strong analytic skills with web analytics (Google Analytics), social media (Facebook), and display platforms (Google Ads).
• Strong cross-functional project management to deliver on time and budget; analytical mindset linking metrics to P&L.
• Self-motivated, proactive team player with innovative ideas.
